We value your opinions and constructive patient comments are taken into consideration both in the day to day running of the surgery and in developing our services for the future. We are grateful for all constructive feedback whether it is good or bad.

Please note that this form should not be used to discuss specific patient details as confidentiality cannot be guaranteed via the internet. Additionally, if you wish to make a formal complaint we would suggest that you contact the practice manager on 01792 650716 to discuss matters in person.
