Registering with us

We welcome new patients. If you would like to register with us please come in to the surgery and complete a Registration Form. If you possess an NHS Card it is helpful if you can bring this with you. As part of the registration process we will carry out a brief medical assessment including height, weight and blood pressure.

The practice has a large catchment area covering many areas of Swansea. We are currently able to register patients from the SA1 postcode area. If you are unsure whether you fall within our catchment area please contact us on 01792 650716.

When you register it is important that you provide us with accurate contact information. Equally, if you should move house at any time we would ask that you provide us with your new contact details at the earliest convenience.

Important note

Kingsway Surgery operates a policy of not supplying drugs of addiction & sedatives. If you feel that you are likely to need such medication we would suggest that you discuss your requirements prior to registering with us.
